Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars and do not include shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
- Payment and Orders
Payment Methods: We offer secure electronic payment methods and available installment options. (Mada payment is not available).
An order is considered confirmed upon completion of payment or issuance of an order confirmation.
- Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available to all areas of Kuwait via approved shipping companies.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address and phone number provided to guarantee prompt delivery.
- Gold Guarantee, Exchange, and Return
Gold Guarantee: We offer a gold guarantee for returns or exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order, allowing you to experience the perfume with complete peace of mind.
Return/Exchange Policy: The product's outer packaging is not required, and returns are accepted within the warranty period (24 hours).
Delivery Fees: The customer is responsible for all delivery fees associated with returns or exchanges, unless the error is due to a manufacturing defect or a damaged/non-conforming product.
